1. Almost every single firefighter I've ever known (a lot) has a side job.

Loaded question. They have a lot of down time, so it's perfect for doing side jobs and businesses. His question made it sound like their kids would starve if they didn't work two jobs.

No Mitt, that's the kids of the people who can only find part time minimum wage jobs after you had them fired when you gutted their former companies on one of your corporate takeover raids. Prick.

BTW, Great graphic EarlG. Just had to rant a bit.

8. I wouldn't want their job, but for the most part

firefighters are very well paid and have good benefits.

2. Perfectly consistent.

In RMoney's mind, firefighters should have to hold three jobs.

4. Mittens is attempting to set an unbreakable record in flip flopping.

There is no lie he won't tell.

10. It's amazing how the right has assumed control of the narrative on pay

They have people outraged that someone might actually make a decent living. They have also succeeded in creating a "race to the bottom" when it comes to public vs. private sector wages.

It never occurs to these morons that public sector wages only look generous because of the erosion of private sector wages and benefits.

11. Rachel Maddow did a segment on this last night

Here is a link to the masterful way she handled the whole issue in context of job creation, and Romney's contradictory positions on public jobs.
