When your job was as an advisor to former President George W. Bush its mostly likely you don't have that many friends on the liberal left. So it should come as a surprise to exactly no one when Karl Rove, the former advisor in question, was confronted by an Iraq War Veteran during a talk at the University of Connecticut that he gave absolutely zero fucks and refused to apologize for the Iraq War, stating that he believed what they did at the time was right. He believed that Saddam Hussein was a threat to the United States and that taking him out had been worth it. He thanked the veteran for his services and moved on with his war free life.

Earlier in the talk Karl Rove took a moment to poke fun at Sen. Elizabeth Warren's Native American heritage, calling her 'Pocahontas', which really has nothing to do with this video description but is worth mentioning just in case there was any doubt that Karl Rove is an asshole."

There was a hell of a lot more and louder applause for Rove after he responded to the young Iraqi veteran than for the veteran after he made his remarks. Which to me proves that right wingers could give a shit less about the lives lost, could care less about the maimed soldiers and even less about the useless deaths of civilians. That is as long as none of those that sacrificed their lives was not their sons or daughters. These damn Republicans would applaud the devil (which they did) as long as he would stand in front of a Right Wing audience and proclaim that it was the right thing to do.So Karl Rove maybe you should be in front of an audience but that audience should be in some convocation area just off Prison cell block "C" that should also include your co-workers Dick Cheney and Bush Jr.
