TYT: CISPA Explained

Via Alternet.org: "Congress is seriously considering a bill called the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA). Intended to allow information-sharing both between corporations and between corporations and the government, it presents serious dangers to individual privacy. The most important parts of the proposed act permit corporations to share information about their customers with each other and with the government if they assert that this information-sharing is necessary for national security...".* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

There is a difference between Fascism and National Socialism. They're both very nationalistic, combine state and corporate power - and the differences are subjective along the lines - but the Nazis value tribe and national origins more than Fascists do. (They're also more violent and more extreme.)

So, by definition we're pretty close, if not there already to Fascism. But not to being Nazi.

On a different note and better note, Obama said he may veto CISPA if it isn't changed. (But, that's what he said about NDAA. That didn't work out well.)
