If youve missed the other segments of our interview with Glaciologist Eric Rignot do not, repeat, do not, miss this one.
Rignot was a co-author of the holy shit moment paper from last spring, showing that large areas of the West Antarctic Ice sheet are now in irreversible decline.
That news made for one of my most harrowing videos of the last year, which you can, and should view if you have not at this link

(10,494 posts)1. We have got to regain control of our Democracy to be able to make the changes necessary to limit
the effects of what we have done. If we kill the phytoplancton in the oceans due to these radical changes in salinity and pollution, we are doomed. Capitolism is not helpful to fixing these problems. We must get the money out of our political system to be able to deal with Climate Change.

The controlling governments of the globe don't give a damn.
The 1% don't give a damn.
The public knows.
The public has no voice or power.

Worth the 5 minutes per vid.
I'm honestly beginning to think the rich think they will survive this & that climate change is just a convenient way to kill off the eating masses.
