Jon Stewart Mocks N. Korea Sanctions, Warns - " Don’t F*ck with Our Holiday Releases "
Jon Stewart made something to North Korea tonight: “you can mess with a lot of things… but when you start fucking with our holiday releases… you’ve stepped on a landmine.” Yes, Stewart caught up with the latest fallout from the international chaos over a Seth Rogen and James Franco movie. President Obama imposed more economic sanctions on North Korea to prevent some of their more dangerous elements from accessing the U.S. banking system, and Stewart was shocked to find out that they weren’t prevented from doing that in the first place.
But Stewart also mocked the official nation-scolding and noted the irony of government outrage over hackers that were going through people’s private emails when, well, the government was doing that too.
