A health care worker returning from caring for Ebola patients in West Africa was scanned for fever. Her scanned fever was 101. The CDC guidelines, at that time, were to isolate and test for Ebola. A normal oral temperature reading and negative blood test should have been enough for her to be released.

Now as for the hospital accommodations, they were grossly inadequate.
