Indiana grandmother suffers violent SWAT when a neighbor used her wireless internet

There is a lot going on in this video. It raised some questions for me. I thought I'd post it on DU to see what others thought.

#1. Who released the video? The cops? Why?

#2. Do they typically monitor the internet for threats to their department? Or was this unusual?

#3. How did they access the people's IP address and location?

#4. Is the level of readiness as shown in the video alarming evidence of a growing police state/militarization?

#5. Is 80,000 swat raids per year excessive?

#6. And who cleans up the glass and pays for a new door?

How fook'd up is this. I can hardly believe this is really happening. Love the "southern accent". Can you imagine this happening to YOUR family one afternoon? This country has gone to hell already...we're just waiting until we are personally affected before we get upset about it all.

We need to have laws in place that penalize the police whenever they arrive at a false asddress.

Police Departments are using Google to determine which house to go to. And google is notorious for having their sites of housing be anywhere from five to 750 feet slightly off.

Is any police department anywhere allowed to zip tie the hands of a child under the age of 10?" That kid weighed about 55 pounds soaking wet!

"suspected of using the internet to trash-talk and post threats against the police"

It is the States who have to limit their police, police are out of control.

Even worse to see how regular citizens have to put-up with this crazy nonsense or they could be killed.

The police, across the country, look more like military headed into battle...in this case, against a grandmother and an 18-year-old girl. What was their crime? Nothing. A brutal attack and search for nothing. Did it occur to anyone to knock on the door and speak to whoever answers? Apparently not military enough.

I am fortunate to live in a small village in Atlantic Canada with no police force. Our major protection is that we are a community patrolled by the RCMP.

This effing country has gone insane.

NOW can we call this a police state???

If I were on a jury I'd give that grandmother about 40 million. This shit would stop if municipalities took it in the pocketbook.

Shit!

... put on full display now days for a reason. The PTB wants US citizenry
afraid to challenge the State in ANY way shape or form.

This suggests they expect discontent among the masses to continue
to increase, perhaps to a point where an open revolt tipping point is reached.

When, where, and if this tipping point is reached remains to
be seen, but it's clear as they continue to openly abuse citizens
ON VIDEO for all to see that they are expecting it and intend to
put it down with violence.

Chilling.

... the work/opinions of a man named Aaron Hawkins.

There are several youtube videos of him being interviewed if you're seriously interested in learning more about him.

I don't consider him a to be a non-credible source, which is not to say I endorse or agree with absolutely everything he says. If I used that standard I couldn't link ANY sources at all.

As to the official narrative of the Boston Bombing, it requires little more than a cursory alternative media research effort to gain some sense of the utter absurdity of the fiction put forward by corporate media concerning that event. Of course, all those sources, each and EVERY one, would be summarily labeled tinfoil conspiracy nutjobs here, just as Aaron Hawkins so often is. He speaks to this smear labeling and the fake skeptics who engage in it rather aptly here I think:

until I hit the part where it accused Boston Police of murdering the Marathon Bomber. I am pretty sure now that your source is fishy enough to be banned from DU. You might want to delete the link to avoid having someone alert on it.
