I wonder if something like this ever happens here? San Francisco has so many homeless.. and some people try to help, but it gets worse and worse each year, with more and more people showing up. I guess it was this way during the 60s as well.. some things never seem to change.

10. I believe it happened in Germany and it will happen here, if it hasn't already,

thanks in large part due to the Internet, ripples in the pond spread far and wide.

I believe that one day, humanity; should it survive will have the economic and emotional capability; to eliminate poverty and homelessness.

In the meantime we will run through these cycles of waxing/waning empathy, indifference, greed and selflessness until we find our way...to our higher selves on a macro societal level.
