5. You mean the We are Women rally?

Yes, it's being talked about. I so want to go. I've looked into the cost. I doubt a one day trip is doable and there is no way I could afford an overnight. Time away from work is another factor. I just took my vacation time and as you know I am on commission.

I talked to one friend about it and she doesn't have the money. I will talk to one more person and see if she has any ideas. The only other thought is my newest niece, her dad works for the union. I believe they live in Maryland.

7. K&R!!! If we protest to get the money out of our elections, we take away the control the super rich

the corporations, and the organizations have over our politicians. It can be done if we mobilize the people who are already fighting for increases to the minimum wage, LGBTV rights, women's rights, environmentalists, public school teachers, postal workers, unions... the list goes on and on. We do not have to convince anyone that campaign contributions have corrupted our whole system, they already believe that!

What we have to do is get them off of their asses to demand Publicly Funded Federal, State, and Local Elections. Make the TV and Radio stations air the campaign ads as a public service for the use of the public airwaves under license. Shorten the campaign season to a few months similar to England's.

September 13th - November 4th let's fight to get the money out of politics, corporations are NOT people, and money is NOT speech!

Spread the word to these organizations and organize your city/town, and let's hit the streets! The more a candidate raises and the Super Pacs spend on that candidate, the more we point it out! Let's make it hurt them to raise lots of money and turn their strongest asset into their biggest liability!

Thank you, Bernie Sanders. I hope he runs.

That speech convinced me that he really is presidential and could win in 2016.

He is speaking to the hearts of Americans.

I just finished watching! HOLY S**T! That was one hell of a speech from Bernie.

He should repeat that in every single state before election day. This...
