Papantonio: DOJ Fails Consumers…Again

The Department of Justice has become so dysfunctional that they aren’t even capable of prosecuting a crime when they have more than enough evidence. This is what has happened with Wall Street bankers – we know the crimes, we have the evidence, but the DOJ has done nothing.

Between Him & Duncan it's difficult to choose which is more toxic

This is so disturbing. But moreso maddening because most people aren't paying attention, and many of them are the ones who have been screwed over.

March 23 rd 2005, blasting BP's Texas City plant killing 15 and injuring thousands when the Deepwater Horizon blew while BP WAS STILL ON PROBATION. He let them off early instead.
