1. The Brother who says they will allow some reform to avoid revolution, that makes sense

the oligarchs have to allow a little here and there, Gay marriage here or something else there (couldnt think of a 2nd thing)

2. It begins with the WILL to resist and (ahem) force a certain amount of redistribution.

As said by the young billionaire who recently wrote that the pitchforks ARE coming, some oligarchs think they'll have plenty of time to escape in their Lear jets if it comes to that - no, they won't. When people are driven to enough desperation, the least little spark can set things off with lightening speed and then there'll be nowhere to run, no time to hide.

I wouldn't mind being gone by then, because it won't be pretty. I'm too old to outrun the cops anymore, besides. Meanwhile I have to keep pushing for a more just and equitable society so maybe doomsday can be put off a little longer. I know all too well that revolution eats its children.
