didn't hold a candle to this, and I think they called that one a 100-yr or even a 500-yr flood.

I recall the Big Thompson flood in '76, a horrible event of course. But the announcement that thousands were being evacuated in Commerce City is stunning. That's where I grew up! Wow! No longer have family there, but lots of former classmates. Hope all is well for them and everyone else caught up in this raging flood.

My heart aches!
