1. I can't see why military units

I can't see why military units wouldn't take the opportunity of public events to run their own required ongoing training. I was in an Army SF counter-terrorism unit a decade before it was cool. We trained like that.

Alex Jones is either naïve or he's a carney hack.

I admit though, he's fun to watch. Kind of a guilty pleasure when I occasionally come across one of his videos. Very creative, bombastic and sometime, just sometimes, he gets things sort of right. Bottom line: Alex Jones is theater - not journalism.

This young man's intelligence is a breath of fresh air.

2. Alex Jones could assist in making a clinical Psycologist's career.

Alex Jones is both naive and a carny hack. No offence to actual naive people or actual carny hacks both of which coincidentally I have been at one time or another in this life. That is naive, a hack and yes, a carney.
I agree David Pakman has come a ways in his professionalism.
Also events are used by Police all over the world as simulations, it gives experience to the teams and they have to be there anyway. It justifies the cost of the personnel.
