Thom Hartmann: The Senate Dems caved on GOP union busting - what's next?

Today - labor unions are saying that Democrats in the Senate have "sold out" workers by agreeing to demands by House Republicans that make it harder for transportation workers with the FAA to unionize. Rather than just passing a simple funding measure for the FAA - like all previous Congresses have done with no problem - Republicans in the House instead decided to hold the funding hostage until Democrats agreed to insert anti-union provisions in the funding measure. And in 75-20 vote today in the Senate - the Democrats caved - and passed the funding bill - complete with its anti-union language. For more on this story - and exactly what's at stake for transportation workers across the nation - Thom is joined by George Kohl - Legislative Director with the Communication Workers of America

Slightly off topic... but another shoe to drop...

Obama OK'd the sale of giant Bunker-buster bombs to Israel. (Even G.W. Bush refused to give them these bombs).

Look for the DEMS go along and approve some type of an attack on Syria.

Once they get Syria out of the way.. the can them move on to attack Iran.

Watch the Euro.. if the Euro falls... all bets are off... clear the decks..

here's the real rub: if the democrats regain power in the house and expand their numbers in the senate, all with the help of legions of volunteers from Labor, they won't act to reverse this or any other anti-Union legislation. And I'm expected to vote for democrats? Not anymore!
