Why Do the Super-Rich Keep Comparing Obama to Hitler?
The amazing thing is the WSJ's demand that President Obama defend the rich and denounce any attacks on income inequality.

1. When you've reached the bottom
and you're at the end of your game, there's nothing left you can do for attention but to pull the Hitler card. It's a pretty good sign actually.

2. A startling lack of creativity
After all, once you pay people to do everything for you, it's not like you can use your brain for anything besides preventing your skull from caving in.

4. It's the first name that pops into their empty heads when looking for an insult.
The usual contemporary ones don't work for Obama, you will get in trouble for comparing him to Mugabe or Kim, but Hitler is "history" and everybody knows who Hitler was, sort of.

9. "...Obama scapegoated Wall Street for the financial crisis it caused..."
That's the part that seems so strange to me. To call out the culprits of a crisis for being said culprits is scapegoating? That's very twisted thinking.

11. Because they refuse to acknowledge the "N-word" in the wood pile
There are a lot of dotted lines between the current crop of uber conservatives and the Nazi of the mid 20th century. The follow LOCKED thread delves into the Koch bothers connections, and we must not for get Grand Daddy Bush's abandoned attempt to overthrow the FDR.
http://www.democraticunderground.com/1014715719 Krappe, I am starting to see some parallels between Old Fart Bush's thoughts, and the ramblings of the current cadre of elitist conservatives. Could they be plotting a overthrow? |

12. They're scared -
and they should be. People are actually starting to pay attention to the fact that the super wealthy are robbing this country blind.
