LAPD's repeated tasing of teacher who died appears excessive, experts say
https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2023-01-13/la-me-taser-tactics-lapd-keenan-andersonVideos released this week of a teacher who died after Los Angeles police discharged a Taser on him at least six times on a Venice street raise serious concerns about the officers tactics, law enforcement experts who reviewed the tapes said.
The LAPDs actions have sparked alarms from community activists as well as Mayor Karen Bass and are now the subject of an internal investigation.
Several policing experts who reviewed the videos for The Times said that the amount of force used by the officers seemed excessive given the mans actions and that some of the tactics seemed haphazard.

OP
The amount of tasing seems to increase by the number of officers involved. Group fun.

Must be fun to tase somebody. It seems like almost everybody wants to get a shot in. They can all brag later. Kind of unfortunate he was a respectable citizen.
