The warping affect of the constancy of media coverage around the worst of us at the cost of ignoring

I think there is another cost to our society around the Rittenhouse trial and it is the warping affect of the constancy of media coverage around the worst of us at the cost of ignoring the best of us.
All across America there are stories of good people doing heroic deeds.

In every American community there are acts of inspiration and examples of mercy, grace, forgiveness, redemption and service that exist apart from our toxic and rancid politics/media/social media culture.
We mostly see images of snarled and angry faces on our screens.

Where arethe smiles and joy and laughter to be found in the coverage of what is supposed to be the story of us and our times?
The darkness and extremism are very real but so are the qualities of goodness and decency that can defeat them.
Division, anger and conspiracy have becomea trillion dollar industry in 21st century America. That is too bad to say the least, but it is only part of the story.

The vast majority of people in America do not want to be at each others throats as we creep towards violent political confrontations incited by MAGA politiciansand radicalized losers who have surrendered their agency and souls to the worst cause in this country since secession and Jim Crow.

There used to be a local news station near me which covered some of the worst stuff too, but they also spent far more time on community events and how people could help each other. Much more than one of the other stations which was entirely cynical doom-and-gloom except for brief interludes of weather and sports coverage. I couldn't stand that bad news station, but I later learned that was the preferred news station for Republicans around here. (That was even before Rush Limbaugh was on the radio.)

And now the "feel good" parts of some local news station might instead be a cute cat video or whatever, instead of encouragements to help others in the community.

...we once trusted from our media.

Purchased foreign bots & trolls, messaging run on a 24/7 loop thru voter data, stolen, sold & purchased by dark money global commodity traders.

All for obscene profits by anyone who wanted in on tje game of selling America out for "likes & clicks on a social media dark-money-fundraising page".

Not to be left behind, MSM jumped in the 'Report What Social Media Trends' game, becaise that's where advertisers make there $$$.
It was never about the message of the risk to our nation from that point on.
America was up for sale.

(including or excluding only themselves, never quite sure) by the worst behaviors the media can find to sell papers with. They've always done that, but have so much more bad material to moan and despair and tear us all down with now. In their own dystopian fantasies anyway.

By far most of it comes from RWers caught up in an implacable mass psychosis against the rest of the nation. But not to worry: We are them and they are us.

Not.
