The rights of the individual do not outweigh the rights of many when it comes to public health.
Id say that makes it pretty clear.
And, just today, SCOTUS refused to side with health care workers in ME regarding not taking the vaccine

that says that the authority for a vaccination mandate is reserved for the states.
Some states do, some don't.

They have liberty to stay home, and if they need or want to work they can comply with rules like the rest of society does all the time.
