GOP operatives are sending out clear signals about the next attack on democracy
Hours after President Biden declared that "democracy has prevailed" during his inaugural address, longtime Republican strategist Karl Rove urged Republicans to pressure GOP election officials and legislators to create "a model election code" to reconsider the laws surrounding 2020's two voting options that led to the presidential election's record turnout.
"Republicans should also encourage GOP secretaries of state and state lawmakers to develop a model election code," Rove wrote in a January 20 commentary for the Wall Street Journal entitled, "The Republican Future Starts Now." "The job of proposing electoral reforms shouldn't be based on the unsupported claims of widespread fraud peddled by Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell," Rove continued. "Instead, the goal should be to suggest measures that restore public confidence in our democracy. How do states with extensive mail-in and early voting like Florida and Texas get it right?" Rove's commentary comes as Republican-majority legislatures in battleground states such as Georgia, Pennsylvania and Arizona have proposed bills or convened hearings to review the laws that allowed people to vote with mailed-out ballots or early in-person in 2020. https://www.rawstory.com/karl-rove/

2. TX, FL, and NC didn't get it right.
GA is what happens when a state “gets it right,” and that’s the last thing Republicans want.

4. It's funny that they NEVER ever consider changing their platform to conform to...
...what the vast majority of Americans want.
Nope, it's always their stated goal, in words and in action, to bend the will of the people to what THEY want, regardless of the topic or benefit to all. We want health care, they want tax cuts but only for the wealthy. We want help for the poor and disadvantaged, they want more $ for the military. We want better pay, they want to bust unions and keep the Federal wage minimum at less than $8 an hour. I could go on and on............... |

6. They can't hide behind a platform that is 100% for billionaires and multi-national corporations.
its just too obvious but they do have one of the best propaganda networks since hitler so that kind of makes up for it.

Expect them to have the kinks worked out next time.
