The simply asymmetry of the Senate filibuster: it takes 60 votes to build something, but only 50 to tear it down. The filibuster no longer binds the core conservative agenda in any way; it blocks and deforms everything the left needs to do. My latest:

Let's get it back, then we will talk. Assuming we fail that but win the Presidency, I hope we get someone cunning enough to split the Republican coalition and get some legislation through.

but we can't expect everything to fall into place. This will be hard, hard work. GOTV. Always.

I feel like I am still recovering from the last election, and we got quite a bit of what we needed with the blue wave.

They are thinking of ways to thwart the next wave. We can't let them.
