MSNBC is owned by Comcast whose Board Of Directors are hardcore Republican activists. They want to keep status quo Democrats as Republican-Lite. They prefer Jeb Bush to do their dirty work but are content with Hillary who really is no different.

did not like the fact that the big guy spoke about the TPP "deal" over 78 times in two years.
And now this "deal" has some problems-----------but not one word from this oligarpghy fascists as of late-----------not one word from anyone, its like move on, outta sight outta mind----------this is how "insiders" operate-------enough is enough

Mike Malloy had an interesting take on this sort of thing recently.

About 12-18 months before a presidential election they'll "change formats" or blame "low ratings" for kicking liberal media off the air.

Examples I can think of offhand are Clear Channel giving Air America the axe in 2007, KGO radio in S.F. giving talk show hosts the boot in 2011, and now Comcast's recent purge at MSNBC.

His canning really makes you think that Rachel, O'Donnell, and Chris Hayes really caved on that issue, agreed to play ball like Griffin and Comcast wanted them to play ball. My opinion has shrunk for all 3 of them.

We need a 21st Century New Deal, power to the people instead of the plutocrats.
