Have one jump over the fence, and
the other 49 come in through the back door, while all the Secret Service
personnel are tending to the first.

Didn't even know that the Secret Service had dogs. Don't know how hard they got hit or how they had been trained.

I read though, that in their zeal to get to the perpetrator they sometimes get the good guy too. Hopefully they're okay, I haven't seen anything about their condition yet. Have you? Dogs are my soft spot.

As it is they get publicity and probably some free psychiatry. A good, unambiguous deterrent is called for. Also this would not be tolerated if it had happened while Stupid was in office.

It's a barbaric thing to say, but this country has way too deep of a history of killing its leaders to allow for someone to casually jump a fence to the fucking White House.

Glad to read at the link that Gonzalez is getting mental health treatment. I posted on his issues that his family brought to light:

Iraq vet, 42, 'who stormed the White House had more than 800 rounds of ammunition, a machete and two hatchets stashed in his car'

By Lydia Warren, Kieran Corcoran and Wills Robinson - Updated: 22 September 2014

...But relatives have insisted that Gonzalez, from Copperas Cove, Texas, suffers from post traumatic stress disorder after serving three tours in Iraq. He retired after losing part of his foot in an IED blast.

Jerry Murphy, whose mother was married to Gonzalez, said relatives always knew Gonzalez owned a small arsenal of weapons but said they doubted he intended to hurt Obama...

According to agents who arrested him, Gonzalez said that he was desperate to see the President to warn him about 'the atmosphere collapsing...'

His ex-wife said he was very paranoid and began carrying weapons all the time. He was up all night and checking things out. Finally she couldn't take it anymore.

'Omar is a good guy, he's just got some issues that he needs help with. I think this is a cry out for help, what he's done. He really does need help. I just hope he can get it.'

Worrying 'the atmosphere is collapsing...' Perhaps another victim of internet hysteria.

He was so frightened he could not sleep at night. Such a lack of sleep allows previously discounted fears to turn such into a terrifyingly reality. It is a vulnerable state, liable to brainwashing.

A state of long-term torture without outward signs to most people. Yet he was fortunate his family knew and the Secret Service weren't trigger happy.
