Judge dismisses Senator Johnson's lawsuit: UPDATED

Source: WBAY-TV channel 2, Green Bay ABC affiliate

A federal judge has thrown out Senator Ron Johnson's lawsuit over "Obamacare."

Wisconsin's senior U.S. senator sued the Obama Administration earlier this year over a provision of the Affordable Care Act.

During a hearing at the federal courthouse in Green Bay last week, Senator Johnson's attorneys argued the Obama Administration overstepped its authority with a provision that provides health insurance subsidies for members of Congress and their staff.
They also argued members of Congress shouldn't receive special privileges over the American people.

In a decision released Monday, Judge William Griesbach ruled Senator Johnson does not have standing to sue, rejecting each of Senator Johnson's claims that he is an injured party.

He got those, plus reassured his stupid base that their idiocy is well represented.

I think the Kochs hired a PR/Marketing firm for him to get in the news for belligerently showcasing winger crap. "RJ" isn't even smart enough to come up with this shit by himself, and then suck up air time and resources in the judicial system for his already inflated ego.

Now that this suit is off the table, watch for another grandstanding ploy by November at the latest.

Hate him, hate him, hate him and miss Russ to tears.
