Congress sinks to all-time low in CNN polling

And a CNN/ORC International poll indicates that it's not just Congress and its top leaders that are making history for all the wrong reasons, but also the tea party movement and the Democratic and Republican parties, too.

According to a survey released Monday afternoon, just 10% of Americans say they approve of the job Congress is doing, an all-time low in a CNN poll. And 87% say they disapprove of the job federal lawmakers are doing, higher than it's ever been in CNN polling.

Forty-four percent of those questioned say they approve of the job Obama's doing as president, with 53% giving him a thumbs down. Those numbers are basically unchanged from the 45%-52% approval/disapproval rating in CNN's previous survey.

I would laugh more but I am in the Heart of Gubermentland in DC and I am worried about all my Family and Friends who be negatively effected by this. Shoot I may find out tomorrow I have lost a few Zumba jobs. I teach at Corporate offices and Government buildings in DC.

Although the DC Mayor has declared all Gov. Employees are essential personnel. Of Course he is the same lousy Mayor who Caved to the Walmart pressure and Vetoed a $12 per hr DC minimum wage

3. Congressional Approval Polls are Worthless

everybody hates Congress because of the other guys in the other party. Its much more interesting to see approval ratings of Democrats and Republicans in Congress focusing on independent voters-that's where you see the movement and consensus build
