Obama’s Re-Election Formally Certified By Joint Session Of Congress

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were formally re-elected on Thursday by a joint session of Congress with a margin of 332 electoral votes to that of 206 for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.
