Indiana's attorney general faces misconduct complaint over remarks about abortion doctor
Source: Associated Press
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A complaint filed Monday alleges that Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita violated professional conduct rules in statements he made about a doctor who performed an abortion on a 10-year-old rape victim last year. The Indiana Supreme Court’s disciplinary commission references an interview Rokita gave in July 2022 about Dr. Caitlin Bernard on a Fox News show, The Indianapolis Star reported. The commission also alleges in its complaint that Rokita, a Republican who is anti-abortion, violated confidentiality requirements by making statements about an investigation into Bernard prior to filing a complaint with the state’s Medical Licensing Board. -snip- Updated 12:43 PM EDT, September 18, 2023 Read more: https://apnews.com/article/indiana-abortion-ohio-doctor-caitlin-bernard-rokita-c541747b3fd1cb33a40a5f0aa2fa7679

21AliveNews.com Fort Wayne, Indiana FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - During a television interview, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita openly questioned whether people have died from COVID-19 and insisted he doesn’t trust “the numbers” because they’ve been “politicized.” Bad enough, but then the meat-headed REPUBLICAN AG piled on repeating the conspiracy bullshit that that hospitals, doctors, nurses, et al were getting fat by inflating COVID-19 numbers. The day before Rokita opened his pie-hole of stew-pud, the state reported 86 new deaths, bringing the total in Indiana since the pandemic began to 18,057. Meanwhile, a US Navy medical team deployed to the IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis to support the struggling staff. |
