2 Russians detained, taken away from Alaska's St. Lawrence Island after arriving by boat

Two Russians who arrived on St. Lawrence Island by boat were flown off the Bering Sea island by federal government officials this week, setting off a scramble by multiple agencies.

Few details about the situation were publicly known as of Wednesday, with federal and state officials saying very little.

but it would take only one big wave or you got off course or your engine went
bad or a whale didn't like you or ??? and you would be dead. I wonder what kind
of boat they took.

I did start to wonder about the DeSantis reference at about four minutes. The remark later that visiting the lower 48 would be "terrifying." "Manufactured racism." Made me wonder about the news sources available there. Pretty cool video.
