Source: msn

Raw Story - 8h ago

In an interview with Business Insider, former Donald Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort admitted he was in contact with the Russians and sharing information during the former president's 2016 presidential run.

For years, questions have been raised about Russian involvement in the campaign that saw the New York businessman beat former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Manafort is now stating that he handed polling data over to the Russians -- in particular to "Konstantin Kilimnik, a longtime business associate with suspected ties to Russian intelligence."

According to the report, "Kilimnik then passed the data on to Russian spies, according tothe US Treasury Department, which has characterized the data as 'sensitive information on polling and campaign strategy.'"

In the interview, Manafort excused his actions stating he wasn't looking for help getting Trump elected and did it purely to make money, with Business Insider reporting, "Manafort told Insider that he directed his deputy, Rick Gates, to feed Kilimnik polling data via email to 'keep Konstantin informed.' The goal was to use his access to Trump to drum up business for himself.............................................................

3. Probably because he was pardoned by Trump and thinks he is immune from prosecution.

Of course the mistake Trump made in pardoning him as means to prevent Manafort from rolling on Trump might not work as Manafort cannot use the 5th as a shield.
The cherry on top though is if he is compelled and lies the pardon could be partially nullified as he would then be engaged in an ongoing criminal act.

6. This has been known for years. Manafort didn't just give Kilimnik polling data but data ....

.... analytics or what could be turned into data analytics so the Russians knew where and by how
much they had to rat fuck the elections in targeted states so as to use the electoral college to give
the election to Trump.

Remember that Russ Feingold was @ > 90% chance of wining back his seat. Ron Johnson is well
aware that he too was installed by Russia.

Every time TFG called the news stories about his connection w/Russia "fake news" he was lying.

BTW this will get zero coverage in the MSM. Release the Muller Report now.

Yes, that's the motivation for most people who sell secrets to the Russians: money. That doesn't make you any less a traitor, Manafort.
