Biden's job rating sinks to 42 percent in NBC News poll a year from midterms
Source: NBC News
WASHINGTON — A majority of Americans now disapprove of President Joe Biden's job performance, while half give him low marks for competence and uniting the country, according to results from the latest national NBC News poll.
What's more, the survey finds that 7 in 10 adults, including almost half of Democrats, believe the nation is headed in the wrong direction, as well as nearly 60 percent who view Biden's stewardship of the economy negatively just nine months into his presidency. One year before next year's midterm elections and less than a week before Virginia's closely watched race for governor, Biden's lower standing has also taken a toll on his party: Democrats trail Republicans on which party better handles the economy, inflation and immigration, while they’ve lost ground on issues like education and the coronavirus. “Democrats face a country whose opinion of President Biden has turned sharply to the negative since April,” said Democratic pollster Jeff Horwitt of Hart Research Associates, who conducted the survey with Republican pollster Bill McInturff of Public Opinion Strategies. 1. If it's like this in a year, we're doomed for the 2022 elections
As it stands now, it'll probably only cost us Virginia. That sucks, but it's way better than losing the House and/or Senate.

Are you following the Seattle City Attorney race? SEATTLE, which went 80% for Biden, is about to elect a REPUBLICAN over an Abolitionist.
1. Once these 2 bills get signed, the polling will go up. 2. How about putting up the most ELECTABLE candidates we can find? |

It seems to me that Davison made the switch to get through the Primary, where she'd have come in 3rd to the Abolitionist or to the incumbent.
Which makes her a Careerist. |

16. Putting up progressives won't work...
Because you'll still have a GQP US Taliban Party blocking everything Dems try to accomplish. You have Manchin & Senima filling GQP Lite roles and are ready to SINK Pres. Biden/Dems at any turn (we have no voting rights bill because of those two, and if we don't have that we're in a world of hurt), and you have Americans with very short memory spans who've all but forgotten hos Fatso45 tried to do in turning this country into Russia, because he was so enamored of his buddies total authoritarian rule which is what his buddy putin has, because he's president for LIFE, and if all those things weren't bad enough, we have a mostly right-winged corporate media who'll give their souls to have tRump or tRump-lite back into the White House so they can recoup the ad buy $$$ they used to get with fatso, because as a total disaster and rolling-wreck, he bought in the ad dollars $$$$
What makes matters worse is that friends who--who are older and very LOYAL Dem supporters to their core--watched Merrick Garland's performance last week, and were totally unimpressed with him, and are worried that he'll NOT indict tRump or go after him at all, because as one said "He's fucking weak sauce, and probably won't even bother going after tRump." Another friend said that the way Cotton embarrassed and took down Garland was a disaster. He told me Garland was babbling and sat there looking like a dazed and confused fool. He's worse than Mr. Peabody." HIS words. I didn't bother watching because I kind of figured that Garland with his polite manner (which is what most people have and shouldn't be punished for) would be butchered by the GQP who are a viscous and nasty bunch of treasonous hyenas. Rotten mutherfukkers. The GQP don't care about democracy. Garland seems to be a good guy, and I know his plate is full of trying to get through and past the landmines fatso45 left for Biden, and I've been one to give him a wide birth, but I now feel more as the days pass that he was not the right person for the job. |

Yes, a mostly corporate news media who wants excitement and tRump or tRump lite back in the White House so that they can recoup the ad dollars they were raking in under fatso45. Plus, MOST Americans have short attention spans when it comes to the GQP Party who have mastered the art of blaming everything that's bad on Dems, and Dems don't fight back hard enough at times.

If Biden were a republican, he'd be sainted already.
But he's a democrat, so all the media can talk about is the obvious inflation that always accompanies a booming economy. The media has such a right-wing bias! |

39. Like hell, "The Economy" is code-speak for Wall Street, nothing more.
I don't give two singular shits about how good "The Economy" is, when it ignores 99.9% of Americans. "The Economy" includes Bitcoin and short-selling Wall-Street lifers. Fuck "The Economy", we need a plethora of jobs that pay workable, living wages to all; Only then can America recover.
No right-wing bias there, that's a fundamental truth. Most people aren't tied up in "The Economy" unless their wage-slave employers so graciously allow them such an INCREDIBLE benefit as risky gambling in the stock market, and people are quitting their jobs left and right due to lack of proper compensation. |

The owner of NBC (Comcast and a Trump supporter) will do what ever it takes to paint a negative picture of President Biden.
This poll was a Sampling of 820 registered voters. So Towards the end of the article they admit that a large percentage of Republicans were included in their sampling. The sad part is of this inaccurate poll whether its 800 sampling or 50..it is going to be repeated over and over again especially by the right leaning media. I also read where 72% of Americans did not approve of the "Build Back Better of which I also don't believe but is total Bullshit. No other to put it |
