1. I can't imagine that people in the military will approve of trump's response.

4. Lower levels will believe as their told to believe.
Officers will be more likely to freely think this through. That's, generally, how the military works.

6. I hope no Americans would approve
of a President taking no action when a foreign government hires mercenaries to kill Americans. That's an act of war.

2. Way beyond obvious that
Trump is a useful idiot for Putin. If all of these stories are true and can be backed up without a doubt, his fucking ass needs to be thrown in a cellar.
Putin loves this! Watching this country implode from within and not shooting one bullet. |

3. I'm thinking it's not just Putin
His views are consistent with movements and organizations that oppose democracy and oppose the US, domestically and internationally, over the last 100 years. Everything America stood for - bipartisan policies - that was crafted, from progressive taxation to Social Security to environmental protection to peace treaties and troop/base deployments over many decades of both Republican and Democratic administrations and Congresses is in tatters.
America has been shredded and Mitch and Donald seem fine with it, in fact they haven't lifted a finger to stop any of it, they're promoting it. Dismantling the US and its regulatory structure is worth a lot of money to those who benefit, so maybe it's a simple sellout. |
