3. Flynn furiously trying to stuff toothpaste back in the tube.

He may even earn a harsher sentence after a jury finds him guilty, again.

6. Oh, Mikey!

This is the judge who told you many months ago that you should not stand for your sentencing just yet. Judge thought it would be a good idea for Mr. Flynn to go back and do some more cooperatin' unless he wanted to get his sentence now when the judge called him a traitor to his face.

Good Move Mr. Lock Up.

5. Good, now he also can be locked up

for a very long time and for crimes against the US because he just blew up the agreement. Let's get him, his son and every other SOB involved in the criminal cabal of Trump's.

7. Why this fucking trashbag has not yet been locked up is a great mystery

Put his ass in jail, even if it's for two weeks.

10. He plead guilty. Isn't the process to be sentenced for the guilty plea. You start an appeal

of the guilty after sentencing.

You DU legal eagles out there , please enlighten this lay person. Thanks in advance.

11. If Judge allows him to withdraw guilty plea, he will go to trial

He did a plea deal to avoid a jury trial and get leniency since a jury trial could have put him in prison sooner. Judge may not allow him to withdraw guilty plea in light of so much time elapsing since his plea deal and Flynn's previous bad faith in carrying out his plea deal agreement and that this appears to be a last ditch effort of Flynn to delay his sentencing that was scheduled for later this month. Flynn had plenty of legal representation all along and all evidence points to his obvious guilt in lying to FBI, so Judge may rule that there are insufficient grounds to allow him to withdraw the guilty plea .
