NEW YORK (AP) ó President Donald Trump lost his latest bid Monday to delay a former ďApprenticeĒ contestantís defamation suit as he faces a Jan. 31 deadline to undergo pretrial questioning in the case, which involves claims of unwanted kissing and groping.

A New York appellate judge rejected Trumpís request, meaning that Summer Zervosí case can continue, at least for now. Trumpís lawyers signaled they intend to pursue more legal avenues to try to hold off Summer Zervosí case.

The law firm, Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, said in a statement Monday itís pleased that an appeals judge OKíd a speedy schedule for Trumpís next round of court papers.

2. Poor Little Donnie Trump.

He just can't win when it comes to court cases. It's almost as if he's filing frivolous law suits, but a republican would never do that, since they're so dead set against that sort of thing.

3. "They argue that the U.S. Constitution prevents sitting presidents from being sued in state courts"

4. Jones v Clinton said exactly the opposite

That it's ok for sitting presidents to be sued while in office over matters that happened before they were elected. It's federal precedent, not state, though.
