10. Easy! Have U.S. Marshals round up an imprison each and every judge. Then, flout the law...

JUST AS EVERY SINGLE REPUBLISCUM HAS DONE SINCE TRUMP TOOK OFFICE.

Then, just like they do to us, let the lowest level court decided. Appeal any and all decisions to release them. File motion after motion, stall, claim the judge is prejudiced, et al.

Finally, if after 18-32 months of torrid, lengthy and highly contentious squabbling, appear before the Supremes and see what they say. If they stay all jailing, file new motions under different auspices to stall another 7-10 month.

Then if they still say release the prisoners, stall that time frame out as long as possible too, saying the Marshals don't have the manpower to release all at once. Take say another 8-12 months to do so.
