'It will cost them!' Kellyanne Conway fumes over subpoenas in ongoing Trump investigations

Source: raw story

...............................

The House Judiciary Committee chairman, Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), this week subpoenaed former White House counsel Don McGahn to testify publicly next month. A former White House official has also recently defied a subpoena from the House Oversight Committee, which is also engaged in another legal battle to obtain financial documents related to Trump.

“[Trump] gave an interview to the Washington Post where he made very clear that there is really no reason to comply with all these requests when we have the Mueller investigation. We have already spent $30 million plus of taxpayer dollars in 22 months,” Conway told Fox News...........................................................

“I also believe that people are right in this country to look at the Mueller investigation as the definitive, conclusive, nonpartisan, tax-payer funded investigation that in the actual Mueller report makes clear the executive branch, the president himself never intervened, impeded or obstructed that investigation. In fact, made available all these people from the white House and his campaign all the documentation,” Conway continued.

“That’s not stopping Democrats,” Fox News host Sandra Smith interjected.

“It will cost them!” Conway shot back.

...and that's why they hadn't divorced or separated.
George has been spewing alot lately -and now so has his wife. These two are polar opposites. How the hell do they make their marriage work?! Never mind, I really dont care, do you?

She doesn't believe the shit she spews but she gets media exposure, money, and access to important people. She previously worked for Ted Cruz' campaign that tried unsuccessfully to vilify Trump.

It was then that RWNJ Richard Mellon Scaife deployed media trained pundits from his organization and from the Independent Womens Forum to hit the circuits. Laura Ingraham. Ann Coulter. Kellyanne. Barbara Olson. Barbara Corcoran. Etc. Etc. True believers in extreme conservatism, and they were weaponized against Dems. And have done a lot of damage.

Very strange people, super creepy people, vicious women without consciences, they filled the news shows nightly, as if we had been invaded by Hell.

It was such a shock one of them, Barbara Olson, wife of Bush Florida Presidential recount lawyer, James Olson, got dead, allegedly, on one of the 9/11 terrorism airplanes. She most clearly couldn't be missed, as would any of them.

There were some men deployed as pundits, too, but they have faded from sight.

Barbara Olson's husband's name is Ted. Theodore. Former Solicitor General. It might be Olsen with an E -- too lazy to look it up.

Most people in this country probably don't pay attention to the subpoena issues and maybe don't give half a dead rat.

Neglect? Something has to account for the total lack of understanding, empathy and always playing the victim or victor, with no rational thought to any possibilities in the middle. Of course, GOP Kool Aid of the right concentration could do it...

From what I understand, Manafort's seized assets were in excess of the Investigation's price tag - so what's Conway beefing about? IMO she's just tossing out another distraction from a totally panicked White House.
