Reported irregular output of 2.1 tons of gold from Venezuela to the United Arab Emirates
Posted on March 29, 2018 by Martín Sojo in Nacionales

2.1 tons of gold would have been transported irregularly from Venezuela to the United Arab Emirates in 57 boxes aboard an Airbus identified with the abbreviations A6-RRJ.

The National Armed Forces (FANB) escorted the material from the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) to the Maiquetía airport in Vargas state, journalist Javier Mayorca (@javiermayorca) reported on his Twitter account.

On the other hand, the communicator Ronna Rísquez, coincided with Mayorca when reporting the situation. "While more than 70 prisoners died in flames, Maduro's ministers did not speak up because they were busy taking more than 2.1 tons of gold from the country," he said.

What could possibly be wrong with the Chavistas sneaking all the gold bouillon from the national treasury and out of the country? The last bit of loot out of the reach of the people before the wheels come off?

Maduro and his cronies are preparing to flee the country before there is a right-wing coup, and they end up in front of a firing squad.

Most are very leftist. Three of the top 4 opposition parties are members of the Socialist International. A close look at their party platforms of each would leave a Democrat jealous.

There will be no right-wing coup from the military, as the military (FANB)hierarchy is entirely Chavista loyalists, and thoroughly infiltrated by Cubans. Though the idea of a firing squad for these thieves does have its appeal.

Hugo Chavez daughter Gabriela Maria has a net worth of $4.2 BILLION. Not a bad payday for a former part time, low level UN diplomat.

It’s a thick, tarry crude that no one wants especially since Iraq upped its production. Iraqi crude is lighter and much easier to refine.

Very hard to extract. Impossible to pump without diluents or light sweet crude (that Venezuela doesn't have). Full of sulfur and often contaminated with sea water, which decreases the value per barrel of oil.

Factor in that output is as low as it has been in over 40 years (and decreasing), as lift costs per barrel are increasing. No maintenance and zero new oil wells. AND... the new PdVSA honcho knows nothing about oil, but is instead just another Chavista jobsworth (military) who takes his cut right off the top.

Venezuelan ships are being impounded and their oil cargoes garnished for debts, and most ships cannot offload at many ports because their hulls are contaminated with spilled oil from Venezuela ports.

PdVSA is bankrupt and nobody takes Venezuela credit.

Other than that, things are peachy in ChavistaLand.

The title used is also obviously not that of the original, which should be something like "Reported irregular export of 2.1 tons of gold from Venezuela to the United Arab Emirates".
