Source: Politico

Larry Kudlow will be the next director of the National Economic Council, succeeding Gary Cohn as President Donald Trump's top economic adviser, a person close to the matter said.

Trump offered the job to Kudlow, an economic analyst and television personality, over the phone Tuesday night while Kudlow was at dinner in Manhattan, and he accepted, the person said.

The pair have known each other for years, and Kudlow gave Trump tax-policy advice during his 2016 presidential campaign. Trump at one point soured on Kudlow as a possible NEC director because he publicly criticized the president’s decision to impose steep tariffs on steel and aluminum imports, but Trump later changed his mind.

Kudlow would likely have to push to protect the North American Free Trade Agreement in the White House. In a recent podcast interview, Kudlow said withdrawing from the agreement would be a “calamitously bad decision.”

2. Please quit referring to Kudlow as an economist. He holds zero degrees on the subject.

5. TV host/pundit Larry Kudlow? "The best people?"

Dr. Oz for Surgeon General.

Dr. Phil for Director of Health and Human Services.

We already know the Dotard considers Oprah his chief rival in 2020.

With Omarosa out, we finally have that opening for Gary Busey!

7. Coke head.

He was fired in 1994 after abuse of cocaine caused him to skip an important client presentation. Kudlow later admitted to a $100,000 a month cocaine habit.[18]

Hard to believe they have human hearts (or any at all, really).

8. When nobody wants the jobs one is offering, I guess one must resort to bottom-feeding.

That's how I look at it.

10. Being on TV is good enough

If you are on TV you can be anything it seems. Even President. Larry Kudlow was fine as a yelling yahoo on the floor of the stock exchange, he is going to quickly show he does not know anything as economic adviser.

14. Wonder who the other 9 were

Those 10 people standing in line for the job. If you end up with a cable talking head as next director of NEC those other 9 must have been some dooosies!

Next up will be Nunes moving over from Senate to WH. He KNOWS he will never be re elected and The F'n MORON will pay him back for carrying his water and covering up, impeding one of the great crimes, correction, the greatest crime in the history of America.
