The article neglects to mention that Cummins Inc. is controlled by the Russian state-owned heavy machinery concern Kamaz.
I'm sure this having recently come to light had nothing to do with his retirement.

(3,515 posts)I remember the good old days when Republicans were suspicious of Kerry because he spoke French.
And now, it's as if the Russians had taken over our federal government.
What? Not a joke???? You're kidding.

(22,850 posts)My favorite little absurdity from the freedom fry era, was hearing that Bush voters would boycott French wine (remember that?).
The only way a boycott from Bush voters could have possibly worked, is if the French had made pork rinds, cheap whisky and moonshine.

(3,117 posts)... "Is Cummins VP Pences Motive for Ignoring Cummings Warning Re Flynn? Cummins Literally Moves Russia, Including Military; Partners With KAMAZ Owned By Russian Gov Owned-Sanctioned Entities Rostec & Sberbank"
"VP Pences brother Ed appears deeply dependent upon Russia for some time from 2005 as VP and General Manager of the Heavy Duty Engine Business of Cummins and starting in Feb 1, 2013 as VP and General Manager of the High Horsepower Engine Business of Cummins. Pence became Governor of Indiana in Jan. 2013. Cummins VP Pence appears the probable reason that US VP Pence ignored Congressman Cummings warnings about Flynn and Russia. It provides motive."
