British tourist stabbed to death by Palestinian attacker in Jerusalem

A British woman was stabbed to death in Jerusalem on Friday and her attacker arrested, a police spokeswoman said.

The 25-year-old student, who has not been named, was attacked while she travelled on a light rail train near the Old City, which was packed as Christians celebrated Good Friday and Jews marked Passover.

Israel's domestic security agency Shin Bet said the suspected attacker was a 57-year-old Palestinian resident of east Jerusalem.

Its really amazing here, being that we are all supposed to believe in equality and freedom. Which also means not being afraid to call out EVERYONE doing or calling for evil acts

I can only conclude we haven't heard her name because they haven't been able to contact her next of kin yet. A very good friend of mine from work leaves for Israel next week. I'm hoping she doesn't see this story.

The British student who was killed in a terror attack in Jerusalem on Friday is Hannah Bladon of England. She arrived at the Hebrew University as part of a student exchange program, for only one semester.
