Sanders Supporters Cry Foul over Clinton's Suspicious "Secret Win" EmailThis discussion thread was locked as off-topic by BooScout (a host of the Latest Breaking News forum). The image files appear to have been created by the Clinton campaign over the weekend, well before the AP declared Clinton the party winner. Twitter blew up on Tuesday after it was revealed that an email sent to Hillary Clinton supporters—one celebrating Monday's premature nomination call—contained an image labeled "secret win."
Furthermore, based on the individual urls of the images, the files (here and here) appear to have been created by the Clinton campaign over the weekend, well before the AP controversially declared that Clinton had secured the Democratic Party nomination on the basis of superdelegate "commitments." For example, the piece of the image that reads "So this just happened" is dated Saturday, June 4. The revelations added to the call for AP to retract its declaration, which came ahead of seven remaining presidential primaries and was based on a misleading delegate count. 4. Hillary=Win at all costs and then lie about what you did to win.
'Who? Lil ole me? Gosh, thanks AP, but I just want alllll the states to vote tomorrow'
It's been so obvious she was behind this "AP" superdelegates announcement. Most of you Clinton supporters are in serious denial about what she has been willing to do to win, and the rest have stated they simply don't care. Yay, Democracy! |

65. I prefer to call what she does- sleezy.
Because Hillary never actually breaks the law. She walks it right up to the fucking line or the law is vague enough to break- and if she gets away with it, fine. If not- then she's suddenly the stereotypical dumb blond who then feigns ignorance and innocence.
I can understand. I color my hair too. That way when I make decisions that have unpleasant repercussions, I can also assume the role. |

23. That's marketing - you get your materials ready ahead of time to drop at the most-opportune time.
I used to work at the BMG Record Club. We'd have a big blowout sale a couple of times a year - stick a bunch of high-inventory albums in a flyer, design it with a basic typewriter typeface, put it on cheap paper, make it a little blurry and call it "Last-minute Close-Out Sale!!!" Stick that in with a regular mailing to get people buying your overstock.
Of course, the whole thing was designed and ready to go 6 weeks before we put it in the mail. |

63. The originals are created in Photoshop
So you'd have one layer with the red frame, and then you'd drop a screen capture of the Twitter ad in the day-of. The filename is picked at the time you create the original file. There's no reason for it to change when you reopen it to drop in the screen capture image later, and then export as jpeg/png/whatever.
I often work on large projects with thousands of files, and see nothing unusual about this naming schema. |
