Abortion group: GOP must investigate leaked footage

The National Abortion Federation is demanding an investigation into unedited Planned Parenthood videos that were leaked this week, in violation of the group’s court order protecting the footage.
Hundreds of hours of footage from the anti-abortion-rights group Center for Medical Progress was published Thursday on a conservative website called Got News?. The editor, Charles Johnson, said the footage came from a House staffer. The videos were recently given to the House Oversight Committee under the restriction that they would not be made public.
But the Federation, which represents some Planned Parenthood providers, suggested it could have been the man behind those videos, David Daleiden, who is reportedly a friend of Johnson's.
“We are certain that you will agree that any leak of materials in the Committee’s possession to a personal friend of David Daleiden’s would call into question the integrity, impartiality, and fairness of this Committee’s investigation,” the group wrote in a letter to Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah).
If the footage was, in fact, leaked, the group said it would cross a line "that should never have been crossed.".............

After all, they should remember to ask themselves, "What will we tell our chiiiiildren, if the Center for Medical Progress can lie to the American people?"
