There is some indication that Saudi Arabia might wait two weeks before administering the second 50 lashes to the blogger Raif Badawi. He has received the first 50 lashes -- out of a sentence of 1,000 lashes. We have time to express concern. Please email the United Nations council on human rights to have your say.
