Heard on WLRH radio that Decatur voting super projects 33% turnout, based on absentee ballots.

I'm guessing that's a little high, but turnout so far has been higher than usual around the state -- maybe 25%.

When we salute the flag and soldiers what exactly are we honoring and promising ourselves to do? On the easiest level it is merely to VOTE!
