I’ve lost it more than a few times on Facebook and elsewhere. A rational person can only stand so much delusional, hateful thinking.
Instead of going over politics late at night, read something of interest that is in no way political, and give your mind a break. I can’t even calculate how often I think about Trump (and all the insane crap that he does) throughout the course of an average day. I know it’s not healthy to do so. Hope sleep finds you soon, and you can let this stuff go until tomorrow. Hang in there.

Sometimes losing your patience and pushing back against such ignorance is completely understandable and even justified. I would say that this is a instance where it's A-OK. Don't beat yourself up over it  It needed to be said. |
