Failed Right Wing Tax Logic

I guess i am just confused here but let me try to follow along with their logic...

The gop says that cutting taxes for rich people will result in more money being sent to the federal government.

The gop claims to be against the government getting more money because the government will just spend it.

The gop is in favor of the government getting less tax money.

That being said, logic dictates that republicans should be ideologically opposed to tax cuts because of the increased revenue to the government. Instead they should be pushing for tax increases on rich people because that will reduce the amount of revenue going to the government.

Unless i am missing something?

will just have to play out in real time. It's bound to get very shitty for a lot of people, the kind of people that voted for these bastards.

The first part has absolutely no precedent to back it up - there is no example of cutting taxes for the top creates enough revenue to cover the cuts. It may increase revenue but net there is less revenue received.

Look, bottom line is that they represent polluters and racists. Wanting the government to "do less" means less regulation and prosecution.

What do you mean by "It may increase revenue, but net there is less revenue received" ?

But when factoring in the tax cuts the govt ends up with less money.
