But the question is how much will that hold him back if his goal really is dicatorship. I mean I can see Trump genuinely believing that he and he alone can lead this country through this tough time - I'd like to think that other Republicans (not to mention the citizenry) would put the Kibosh on that, but if something tragic happens that he can capitalize on, could he get increased powers for "a limited time" which he then parleyed into an extended rule?

I hope not.
