When you see how small the church is, you get an idea of how many likely made it out completely uninjured.

10. I doubt it. I watched one of their older videos...

There was someone filming it from the back of the church, as opposed to some kind of static camera aimed at the front lectern: it was panning around and zooming when the speakers moved. The videographer would likely have been immediately in harm's way when the shooter entered.
