Sarah Sanders declines to answer whether slavery is wrong

Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders dressed up as herself on Tuesday and defended Chief of Staff John Kelly’s dumbass comments about why the Civil War could’ve been avoided if free states just compromised on that whole slavery thing.

Pool reporters gave Sanders multiple opportunities to clarify that she thinks enslaving people was bad. Instead, Sanders compared Robert E. Lee to George Washington and called the media “asburd” and “disgraceful” for daring to criticize the notion that some cuck general who committed treason and lost a war trying to leave America is one of “our leaders.”

Near the end of the presser, reporter April Ryan presented the question as simply as possible. “Sarah, was slavery wrong?” she asked. “Does this administration think that slavery was wrong?”

Sanders wished the reporters a “happy and safe” Halloween and exited the room.

It’s a goddamned shame she puts those talents to — well, it’s not just a waste, it’s an active wickedness. Christ would be spinning in his grave (unless you’re a Christian, in which case he’d be spinning elsewhere).

Except for abortion — which Trump only pays lip-service to — she is working for one of the LEAST Christian politicians to ever grace the American stage.

Which is ironic considering that Sarah Huckabee and I both probably learned a great deal about Christianity from the same place: her dad. I used to go to his church when I was a kid. Granted, it was social mostly, and I wasn’t regular, but I am a veteran of multiple Vacation Bible Schools and bus trips to Shreveport or Little Rock to see Christian hair metal bands.

(On the record: many people describe me as “an atheist who’s more Christian than most Christians.)

Does anyone have a link that does not require me to listen to Ingram? (I just ate.) A simple report or transcript would be nice.

Google Kelly interview with Laura Ingram.

I get your drift about her, she is a soulless asshole, completely disgusting. I did not listen to the interview, I don't watch Fox at all, period. I saw the comment by Kelly in a printed news article. Kelly is looking more and more like a racist.

I wish I could believe that Kelly is simply ignorant but I cannot. He is as concerned as Trump about alienating the Klan.

The man is either an unrepentant racist or has not sense of personal honor. Either way....
