The more I read about the GOP's ax(tax) plan, the more I feel like I will be working until....

I am 80 yrs old! Not only do they want to take away my personal deduction of $1500.00, but they want limit my tax free contributions to $2400.00 per year for my 401k. While they cut taxes for the wealthy corporations, I can't get a break in working my tail off to have more for my retirement. I have only my salary to depend on, so hence there for I will be working until I am 80! SAD! Wonder what America will lose in this ax plan of the GOP?

My fear now is that they will cut our Medicare or raise the rates and cut back on the services so we can not longer use it. It isn't the greatest but my husband broke his hand and had to have pins and plates and stuff. Our total bills were over 20K and we only paid out about 2.000 which is not all that bad. Thank goodness for our little tucked away savings or it would not have been there.

I keep putting my 12% into my 401k, and I'll find where I can stash my Social Security money when I start collecting at age 70, but I'll still be cutting it close if I try and retire at 74. I may have to keep working 'till I've got nothing left to work with.
