Trump took an oath of office to faithfully execute the office of the presidency

how can he legally sabotage a law passed by the Congress and President by an EO?

5. He took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution

of the United States. How can he get away with demanding a private company fire a person for
exercising their 1st Amendment rights? Or threaten to pull NBCs license for reporting the truth?
How is this not an impeachable offense?

2. Didn't you read what he said yesterday?

He said that he is the president and that means he can do whatever he wants. Forget three branches, checks and balances, the constitution, etc. The GOP is in control and he controls them. Congresss is letting him grab their p***ys.

3. That oath didn't mean anything to Trump.

An oath, any oath, is only as good as the people taking it and the people willing to enforce it. (should there be penalties for breaking the oath)

8. He can end the subsidies because Congress hasn't appropriated money for them

and, in fact, they have been held to be unconstitutional by a district court judge. That case is pending appeal but it certainly makes it hard to say that Trump isn't faithfully executing the office of the presidency when he ends subsidies that have been successfully challenged in court.
