that officers "must" be allowed to carry weapons when off duty. He said because they are not, this contributed to the massive casualties. What a fucking blowhard.

I can see it now, police officers with there hand carry guns shooting at a machine gun armed sniper perched high above in a multistory hotel.

You have to be careful in your day-to-day dealings and contact with people.
